Brandon and John were hired by the apartment complex I live at to repair our AC. They managed to find an opening in their schedule and show up a day earlier than expected, which was much appreciated as the weather for the whole week has been in the 90's. When they arrived, they informed me that what needed to be repaired was more than what they were given information about, so they went above and beyond to repair all issues that we had with out AC unit, and stayed to make sure everything was in proper working order.

In the middle of the repair, the weather turned so ugly that we had a flash flood warning, and as the unit was partially outside, I'm sure this made the repair much more complicated as well.

Throughout the entire experience they were both very professional, kind, and informative in explaining what needed to be done and what they were doing. I cannot properly express my gratitude that I had this hardworking pair of employees complete our repair.

Reliable trustworthy company. Installed our HVAC unit in 2007 and could not be more pleased. We change our filters regularly and have had no problems with the inside or outside units since an installation 14 years ago. The unit was recently checked and found to be in great order. Comfort Systems did an excellent job installing a new heating system and A/C unit at my property. I appreciated them walking through the house and recommending a duct for the basement for added comfort and a higher return duct for better operation of the A/C. They cleaned up behind themselves and the employees were curious and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

Shawn was incredible. We were away when the kids called to tell us that the heat was broken during a large snowstorm. Shawn came right out to check the unit and quickly determined that after 24 years the unit need replacing. Shawn provided the kids with two electric radiators to use over the long weekend and had his team come out for a complete install by the following Wednesday, as things were shut down early in the week due to the snow.
